See the code on your display? Every code points to a specific fault — and we know exactly where to look first.
The machine will not drain. The cycle stops with water still sitting in the drum.
No communication between the display and the main control board. The machine may not respond to any buttons.
The temperature sensor in the drying circuit is not responding. Usually affects washer-dryer combos.
The heating element in the drying circuit has failed. The dry cycle will not complete or will not heat.
The machine reports the door is not fully closed. The cycle will not start, or the door stays locked after the cycle ends.
The machine will not fill with water, or fills very slowly. The cycle may pause with a warning tone.
Water has been detected in the base tray. The Aqua Control system has triggered to prevent flooding.
The drain pump is running weakly or intermittently. Water drains slowly or not at all.
Water in the machine base, float switch triggered. Similar to C3 but detected by the EF sensor.

Ariston washing machines are not ordinary appliances. They use unique technologies that require specific training to diagnose and repair correctly.
Ariston's brushless motor delivers precise drum control, quieter operation and higher energy efficiency. When the motor or its controller fails, we diagnose and repair it accurately.
Brushless motor systemAriston steam cycles reduce allergens, creases and odours. We service the steam generators, water lines and associated components when the steam function fails.
Steam generation systemAriston machines are Woolmark-trained for gentle fabric care. We make sure your machine keeps that trained performance after any repair.
Woolmark trainedAriston's automatic load sensor recalculates wash time based on load weight. When this sensor fails, we diagnose it and recalibrate.
Smart load detectionAriston's Digital Motion technology optimises drum movements for different fabric types. We repair the sensors and control boards that run this system.
Smart drum controlAriston's Anti Allergy Plus and Delicate cycles are designed for sensitive skin. We ensure these specialised programs run correctly after any repair.
Allergy-safe cyclesBeyond error codes, these are the specific Ariston faults our technicians repair most often.
Standing water after the cycle — usually a blocked drain pump filter, a kinked drain hose or a failed pump. We diagnose and repair on site.
Read moreWater on the floor — often a worn door seal, but we also check the detergent drawer, inlet hose connections and drain hose.
Read moreClothes coming out soaked. We repair failed door lock switches, snapped belts and motor connection faults.
Read moreBanging or squealing — often worn shock absorbers, a worn belt or a failing drum bearing. We replace the specific worn component.
Read moreNo power at all. We check the power supply, control board and door lock mechanism.

Most Ariston repairs are finished on site with suitable Ariston parts carried in the van.
Ariston machines are engineered differently — and repairing them requires the right training, tools and parts. That is what sets us apart.
Ariston is one of our specialities — but it is not the only one. These are the other major brands we repair every day.
The questions Ariston owners ask us most before booking a repair.
There is no charge if you decide not to proceed.
Error F11 means the machine is not draining water. The most common causes are a failed drain pump, a blocked pump filter, or a wiring problem between the pump and the control board. We diagnose the exact cause and repair it — usually in the same visit.
In most cases yes. Ariston Dynamic Inverter motors are designed to last, and most Ariston faults we see are in the drain pump, door lock or control board — all repairable for a fraction of the price of a new machine. If the repair costs less than 50% of a replacement, we recommend repairing.
Yes. Our technicians are trained on the full Ariston range including Aqualtis, Hotpoint-Ariston and modern Inverter-motor models. We stock or source the specific parts these premium models require.
